Welcome to Year 2

The BTN team would like to formally welcome you to year 2 of BTN.

We’ve been hard at work this offseason. We launched our new public website that features the BTN blog where our team and partners will provide you with inside analysis all season long. We’ve also been working overtime to deliver new functionality on BTN.

New Functionality:

We’d like to formally introduce:

1. Head to Head Matchup Analyzer: a tool to compare the stats of 2-6 players as you prepare for 2-ball, 3-ball, and group bets
   
2. Prop Stats on the Player Page: a tool to see how players typically perform on standard prop bet stats like BoB/Pars/BoW, FIR, and GIR
3. Live Prop Stat Tracking: our live tournament tracker now features a live counter for those same prop stats (BoB/Pars/BoW, FIR, and GIR) to track active bets:
   
4. Hole Prop Sniper: historical scoring, GIR, and FIR breakdowns for every hole on every course played on the PGA Tour, filterable by player to inform live hole scoring bets
5. Strokes Gained Ball Striking: we are now calculating SG: BS, available on both the custom model and live stats tracking
6. Round by Round Course Metrics: a filter on the Course tab that shows how past top performers played in each tournament round

Custom Model Improvements:

We’ve also made some major improvements to our flagship custom model functionality.

1. Model Management: more dynamic model saving, editing, archiving, and deleting including a dedicated model management module
2. Course Filtering: more intuitive and powerful course filtering capabilities both globally and for individual custom model columns
   
3. Model Calculations: a fine-tuned custom model calculation engine that gives you more control on how each metric influences in your model and better accommodates each player’s volume of available data

All of our updates and improvements continue to stay centered on providing you the best tool on the market for PGA Tour betting and analysis. We still have a lot more in the pipeline and continue to work on the system every day. We are pumped to kick off the 2025 season with the BTN community – let’s ride!
